Our customers are doctors, pharmacists or academics in the medical profession.
To look after these highly qualified customers, we need people who are happy to help and are well organized, who keep an overview and can communicate well.
Or people who have experience and enjoy teaching the German language. And whose enjoyment is passed on to the students.

About us
I founded YANA Germany in 2024. Prior to that, I worked in sales and consulting at SAP, but I left this position to bring my vision for YANA to life.
This idea was inspired by my experience supporting my wife, a Palestinian who came to Germany from Israel in 2019, with her application for a medical license at LaGeSo in 2021. Collecting the required documents and addressing the necessary details regarding translations, certifications, and communication with the State Office for Health and Social Affairs (LaGeSo) proved to be a significant challenge, even for me as a native German speaker. There were numerous inquiries, additional documents to be obtained, translated, and, in some cases, certified. German bureaucracy is probably no better than that of other countries.
All of this has shown me that while it’s possible to manage on your own, the right support can significantly speed up the process. Starting work sooner also means earning money earlier, integrating more quickly, finding your place faster, and transitioning into a normal life much earlier.
And that is my goal: to help you obtain your license as quickly as possible and feel at home in Germany.
Overview of Our Offers
Standard package for applying for the Approbation (medical license)
We work with you to review all your documents step by step, according to the checklist of the relevant Approbation authority. We inform you of any missing documents, whether they need translation or certification. Afterward, we scan all the documents and provide both a well-organized digital overview and a complete physical folder and send it to the authorities.
If the authorities has any questions, we are here to support you, explain everything clearly, and address all inquiries together.
You will have access to all training courses, the know-how center, and the YANA communication platform. Additionally, you will have direct access to us. All your questions will be answered.
Premium Package
In addition to the standard package, we handle necessary translations and certifications on your behalf and help you find the right language trainer. Upon request, we can manage communication with other institutions, such as the Medical Association, in addition to the Approbation authority, and guide you through every step of the process.
At the same time, we guide you through the training to help you quickly establish yourself here and feel confident. You will learn everything necessary to understand the excellent opportunities available to you as a doctor in Germany. Our goal is to ensure you enjoy the process and feel at ease, even though waiting for your license can often be challenging.
All-Inclusive-Package
In addition to the standard and premium packages, we offer comprehensive support tailored to your needs. Have you just arrived in Germany with your family, and still need to attend appointments at the immigration office or employment office? Does your partner want to start working, but doesn’t know the next steps? Are you still looking for the right school for your children and need help navigating parent-teacher meetings? Or perhaps your child wants to start training at a judo club but doesn’t know where or how to get started? Have you received a reminder notice and are unsure what it’s for or what to do next?
We accompany you to the immigration office, the employment office, your children’s school, and their new club. We can even assist you with registering your car and help you understand all the related procedures.

Professional License & Medical License
First and foremost, we want you to feel comfortable in Germany. Our goal is to help you integrate smoothly and quickly, so you can start working without delay. We will guide you, step-by-step, and gather all the necessary documents for your professional license permit, followed by your medical license application. We will arrange for sworn translators to handle your documents and ensure notarization when needed. Additionally, we’ll assist you in finding the perfect language coach to help you prepare for the Specialist Language Exam (Fachspracheprüfung).
KnowHow Center
We have everything you need to know about the German healthcare system. We explain the roles and functions of institutions such as the Medical Association, the Association of Statutory Health Insurance for Physicians, and the Medical Pension Fund.
You will also be introduced to relevant organizations and associations, available opportunities and programs for further education and development, procedures for specialist qualification recognition, and how the German healthcare system operates. We'll make sure it’s all presented and explained in a way that’s easy to understand.
Intercultural Training Programs
You will undergo a training program with us, designed to help you understand what to expect in Germany. You will learn about the key structures of German politics, what defines the German economy, and the media landscape, - including the leading outlets in Germany and Berlin.
Integration Assistance / Integration Services
You’ve arrived in Germany with your family and still have appointments at the immigration office or employment agency? Maybe you haven’t found the right school for your children yet, or need support with parent-teacher meetings?
